E&E Transitional Services has proudly served seniors and individuals with disabilities across Decatur and throughout Georgia. As a nonprofit organization, we help those who cannot help themselves by improving access to essential services and promoting a healthy, independent lifestyle. We are here to help with:


  • Short-Term Support (90 Days) – Until government or long-term services are approved
  • Daily Activities Assistance – Encouraging engagement and well-being
  • Personal Care Home Support – In safe, nurturing environments

We proudly serve seniors and the disable adults that lives in Decatur and surrounding Georgia communities seeking assisted living, transitional care, or personal care home services. Our goal is to bridge the gap in care by offering support when and where it is needed most.

     We serve seniors and adults with disabilities living in personal care homes across Atlanta, Decatur, and throughout Georgia. 

     We offer temporary support such as personal care items, transportation coordination, referrals to essential services, and advocacy for residents’ needs. 

     We are funded through grants, donations, and community partnerships. Every contribution helps us extend support to more individuals.

     Yes. As a nonprofit organization, our services are offered at no cost to the individuals we serve.

    You can make a meaningful impact by donating everyday necessities that support the dignity and well-being of seniors and adults with disabilities in personal care homes.


    Most-Needed Items Include:

    • Adult diapers (all sizes)
       
    • Hygiene products (wipes, soap, lotion, shampoo)
       
    • Bed linens and blankets
       
    • Non-slip socks and comfortable clothing
       
    • Nutritional supplements and soft snacks
